Trendland: Curating the Color

Trendland is a website that deciphers the trends in popular culture. They have a really cool feature called 'Curating the Color' in which they create these graphically beautiful spreads that depict and inspire color and design trends. Here are a few of my favorites.

While flipping through a magazine I saw a page on how to create "Red & Black Cherry Ombre Lips." It took me a while to warm up to it, but now I'm fascinated. Done well, I think it's quite striking, and as an artist, I love how painterly it looks. This sparked my interest in some other ombre trends...
